WAY CLEAR FOR POWERS' ANSWER (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph —Copyright. RUGBY, November 26. (Received November 27, at 11.30 a.m.) In regard to the German Government’s memorandum on reparations, which was handed to the Chancellor ot the Exchequer, it is understood that a preliminary examination having revealed no difficulties, the way is now clear for an answer to he concerted among the Powers concerned to the Gorman note of October 30.
