In the old days the merchant may have thought ho was a benefactor and that ho was contributing his bit “ as a publicspirited citizen ” when ho carried a two-inch space in the local paper every week in the year. Many find their greatest interest in looking over the advertising pages to get news that will save them money, and the way to save your pounds is first to save your pennies.
