WIRE OF DEATH
FIVE PEOPLE ELECTROCUTED Press Association—By Telegraph —Copyright, VANCOUVER, August 22. (Received August 23, at 10.45 a.m.) A message from Rhccnix, Arizona, states that Richard Miller left his home at midnight to post a letter in a corner mailbox. Ho stumbled over a high* voltage wire, which had been brought down after a heavy windstorm. His screams brought his wife and son to his assistance, but all throe perished. Wesley Miller, another son, sought help, and returning with a neighbour named Carl Meeks, they attempted to draw the bodies from the wire, and were themselves electrocuted. Tho live were dead when the police arrived.— United Service.
