SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE
TRIPLETS EXHIBIT IN DIVORCE [Special io tub ‘Stae,’] AUCKLAND, August 2-3. In an undefended divorce suit John Arthur Conway M’Cormack was to-day granted a decree nisi against his wife, Winifred Adelaide Blanche M‘Gorin ack, with whom Ernest Smith was cited as co-respondent. They were married in England in 1918, coming to the dominion and living at Okaihou (Northland). There were two children of the marriage. Respondent left petitioner in October, 1922. Suspecting her of misconduct with Smith, petitioner traced the couple to Westport. Last year the wife wrote a letter, read in court, that she and the co-respondent had three children (triplets). A photo had appeared in an illustrated newspaper, and was produced to-day as an exhibit. Mr Justice Reed said he had sufficient evidence.
