In an undefended divorce suit John Arthur Conway M’Cormack was to-day granted a decree nisi against his wife, Winifred Adelaide Blanche M‘Gorin ack, with whom Ernest Smith was cited as co-respondent. They were married in England in 1918, coming to the dominion and living at Okaihou (Northland). There were two children of the marriage. Respondent left petitioner in October, 1922.
