FLORAL BAZAAR There was a fairly la rye aUemhuico at the St. Kilda Coronation J Lull yesterday afternoon, when the mayor (Mr 11. \V. Hall) officially opened the .floral Fair, which is being hold to assist in augmenting the St. Kilda Methodist Church funds. The fair was continued last evening, when good business was reported b.y tho stallholders. In addition to tho wide range of materials offered on the stalls, there were other attractions, including a game of “ Knonk-emsj” while a number ef attractive musical items wore given. Tho amusement programme consisted of items by the Dunedin Banjo Trio, and dances by the Sunday school pupils, under tho direction of Miss Flo M'Crone. Tho dances given were Mountain March, Hay Dance, Running and Skipping Dance, and the maypole. Those who officiated at the stalls were: Work stall—Mesdamcs Walker, Summerrell, Nelson, and Edwards; cake stall—Mesdames Wheeler, Adam, and Reid; produce stall, Mesdames Thomas and Macdonald; flower stall, Mesdames Monson and Brown; vane tv stall—Mesdames Kirk, Watson, and Tribilcock; sweets stall—Mesdames Leary, Hanham, and Donald: ice cream stall, Mrs Gladding; handkerchief stall, Miss M'Crone and Bible class girls; book stall, young men s Bible class; fancy stall, Mesdames Muir and Tasker; toy stall, Misses Cameron and Clark; tea rooms, Mesdaincs Rbileock and Pyner, The rame of " Krmek-orris ” was in the bands nr Messrs Dove, Adams, and Ftratton. The fair will be brought to a close this evening.
