(Received April 17, at 10.30 a.m.) Maritime union officials state that a serious industrial upheaval on the waterfront is threatened. They expect further developments in the next few days, when the announcement of the sale of the Commonwealth Line is made. It is anticipated that there will be a general dislocation of all shipping services.
