GOURLAY RECITAL

Keen interest amongst music lovers has been roused already by previous recitals held in Begg’s piano showroom, Princes street. To-night another of these entertainments will bo given, at which admission is free. The programme selected for this evening will comprise pianoforte solos on the GourIny foot-expression piano sucli as Brahm’s Hungarian Dances,’ ‘Coronach,’ and other well known-classical and popular pieces. Mr W. Le Gal, whoso reputation as a violinist is well known, will render several violin solos, accompanied by tho Gourlay piano, while a special attraction has been secured by the presence of Mr A. K. Rayment, late of the Band of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, who will render trombone solos with Gourlay accompaniment. A fine evening’s entertainment is assured to those wha attend.
