NATIVES DRIVEN FROM VILLAGE ACTION BY LOYALISTS. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. APIA, April 12. Yesterday in Letogo village, near Apia, three members of the community who had given umbrage to tho_ others by joining the Man, had their tarn patches rooted up, and were driven Irom the village in accordance with Faa, a Samoan custom of banishment. _ The occurrence was magnified by alarmist reports, but European police who went out found the village peaceful and wholly pro-Admimstration, as previously, though asserting that the white man had too many laws and insufficient action.
