DUHCDIH AND MOTH 'PLANES MINISTER HAS HO RECORD OF PROMISE WELLINGTON, April 13. Sir Charles Stathara, M.P., wires us: —“l have interviewed the Minister of Defence with regard to Moth planes for Dunedin. He states that the reason for limiting assistance immediately to Auckland and Christchurch was because the aerodromes and equipment are already established there. The Defence Department has no official information of the membership of the Dunedin Club, nor of approved living instructors. There is no aerodrome, and no ground approved for flyipg training. He has no record of any promise made to the Otago Club, but will be in Dunedin nest week, and will receive a deputation.”
