(Received April 12, at 8.55 a.m.) The Senate’s Foreign Relations Comndttee has reported a resolution authorising the President to invite the American republics to a conference on arbitraction and conciliation at Washington in 1928 or 192.9, in accordance with the resolution approved at the Havana Conference.—Australian Press Association.
