Souter was granted a transfer from the Heriot Club to Alhambra. An application from J. I. Ross lor a transfer from University to Kaikorui was deferred pending receipt of a clearance from the University Club. BROADCASTING FOOTBALL, The Radio Broadcasting Company wrote thanking tho union for permission to broadcast matches at Dunedin during the coining season. ' GATE TAKINGS. The. receipts at the Easter Saturday matches at Carisbrook were reported to be £147 18s Cd. The net proceeds are to be devoted to the fund to send Now Zealand’s athletes to the Olympic Games. REPRESENTATIVE MATCH. Tho secretary of the Wairarapa Rugby Union wrote stating it was intended to send a Wairarapa team on tour to Canterbury, Otago, and Southland this season.
