OTAGO CLUB'S RAGES The Otago Yacht Club’s second series of club races was held over the club course on Saturday afternoon. Three events were decided, there being races for ]2ft 6in sailing dinghies, general handicap for yachts, general handicap for launches, an outboard race for boats of unlimited engine capacity, and a heat for the Paterson Cup event. The wind was light from the north-east, and though placing the yachts at a disadvantage, made for very favorable conditions for the outboard boats, which all showed a good turn of speed. The result of a protest entered against Minnow on the grounds of rounding the buoy on the wrong hand will decide the third place. PATERSON CUP FOR OUTBOARDS.
