First, it is centrally situated; secondly,_ as it stands, independent of other buildings, it affords privacy, and its quiet and pleasing surroundings add further to its suitability for the above purpose; thirdly, beating and. drainage problems can bo readily dealt withfourthly, the over makes it a safe investment for the Shareholders, particularly as it must increase in value owing to ts central structure is a substantial one, and is in good condition; fifthly, the price at which the property is to bo taken location, and also on account of its being practically within the business area.” EQUIPMENT AND MANAGEMENT: Every necessary adjunct to a first-class Turkish Bath will be provided,! and a highly-trained’ and certificated Masseur will bo in charge. PROSPECTS: In submitting the proposal to Hio public the Provisional Directors would again emphasise the necessity for a Turkish Bath system in the City; ami, having that in view, have no hesitation in asking the support of all and sundry for the purpose of obtaining up-to-date and commodious premises. Medical opinion is wholly in support of Turkish Baths. Copies of the Prospectus and'the Memorandum of Association, may be obtained from Mr J. A.
