(Received November 25, at 11.45 a.m,)' The New South Wales Legislative Assembly passed the first reading of a Bill to amend the Family Endowment Act. The Bill provides for the discontinuance for a certain period of payments by employers to the family endowment fund, as sufficient money has already been collected to finance the endowment until the end of the present: financial year. The Bill also provides for the removal of Mr Trovlo from the Commissionership of Family Endowment;
