Tho Prime Minister’s opening statement was emphatic: “In reply to the hon. gentleman No, I will not,” ho said, adding: “I have already referred to tho matter, and 1 have nothing further to add other than that when the negotiations now taking plabo are completed, I shall make a full statcjuegti”.
