LONDON MARKETS. ■ Messrs Dalgoty and Co., Ltd., 'advise, having received tlio following cablegram I from their head office, London, dated November 17: — Frozen Meat.—Market for New Zealand lamb firm owing to light stocks. The demand runs principally on finest qualities. Market for New Zealand mutton firmer; demand better owing to cold weather. Market for Australian lamb quiet, arid demand limited. Dairy Produce.—Butter market firm owing to small offerings. Cheese market steadier. Quotations are as follow for dairy produce Danish butter, 206 sto 208 s; Now Zealand finest salted, 17(5s to 180 s; Australian, finest unsnlted 182 s to 3845, salted 172 s to 1765. Now Zealand cheese, wnite and colored, 98s to 100 s; Canadian cheese, white and colored, 93s to 102 s. Rabbitskins.—German and French buyers are the principal operators. American buyers are holding- off at present. Very good demand for furriers, which are 15 per cent, higher; fair demand for hatters, which are par to 5 per cent, higher, SYDNEY WOOL SALES. - SYDNEY, November 24. ■ The week’s wool sales closed with spirited competition, principally from the French section. Values for all fine sorts ruled in sellers’ favor, with the bidding well classed for even lines and exceedingly keen. All other classes were firm, but unchanged.
