His associate, General Bcuevenga, is detained in custody'. Sebastiano was decorated with the equivalent of the Victoria Cross during the war. General Bonevengn is a distinguished soldier, and was formerly president of the Italian Press Association. —‘ The Times.’ WAVE OF DISCONTENT. MUSSOLINI’S IRON HAND. LONDON, November 23. (Received November 2-1, at 8.45 a.m.) The Paris correspondent of tho ‘ Daily News ’ says that Signor Mussolini, menaced by a wave of discontent, is conducting a ruthless campaign to crush all opposition.
