(Received November 2), at 1.30 a.m.) The Toronto National Dairy Council resolved to ask the Government to cancel the clause in the Australian treaty' allowing butter to enter Canada on 1 cent per lb duty, which it claimed is a wet blanket on the dairy industry, destroying the morale of Canadian dairymen.—A. and N.Z. and ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
