They were contained in seven cases addressed to a bankrupt merchant, and lav in the Customs for a year. When advertised for auction the British arms on the cutlery aroused suspicious, and the auction was 'delayed pending an investigation. Ihe eases also contain china bearing the Russian Imperial arms.— 1 The Times.’
