(Received November 9, at 1.30 a.m.) A Rumanian naval officer named Lieutenant Teodoru was arrested on the frontier while he was motoring from Paris. Documents found concealed in tho car' were similar to those discovered on Manoilescu, whose trial begins on Thursday.
