DISTURBANCE IN HARBIN RED FLAGS TRAMPLED. V Preen Aisociation—By Telegraph—Copj right. TOKIO, November 8. (Received November 9, at 1.30 a.m.) Ten thousand White Russians in Harbin paraded hooting the Soviet Consulate. They tore red flags from Soviet shops and houses, and trampled them underfoot. They also scattered handbills urging the Chinese authorities to expel the Jews as breeders of trouble. There were numerous. White and Red clashes, with both at times coming in conflict with the police.—Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
