THEFT ALLEGED
\ man named illiaui John Duggan was arrested to-day by Detective Russell and Constable Jcnvey and charged with stealing an overcoat and handbag, valued at £lo', the property of Dr Scrymgcour, of Lauder. He will appear in the Police Court to-morrow morning.
