MISSING SINCE AUGUST MUTINY SUGGESTED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BUCHAREST, August 18. (Received August 19, at 11.40 a.m.) The Egyptian steamer Costi, which left Galatz (Rumania) for Alexandria, has mysteriously disappeared. She has not been heard of since August 3. It is suggested that the crew, which contained several Bolshevists, mutinied, and have taken the vessel to a Soviet port.
