INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION
CONFERENCE AT THE HAGUE. (Oliicial British News.) Press Association—By Wireless—Copyright. RUGBY, August 11. About thirty countries will bo represented at the conference of the Universal Postal Union, to bo held at The Hague on September 1, to consider a means of further developing international air mail arrangements. Tho air mail postal service has grown rapidly, and tho conference will consider how' tho general postal organisations in tho various countries can bp improved in tho light of experience already gained. General Williamson (Director of Postal Services) and Colonel Edwards (Technical Adviser to the Director of Civil Aviation) will bo tho British representatives.
