Mr C. A. Thompson, accountant of the Bank of New Zealand at, Dunedin, has resumed duty after sick leave. Mr J. J. Marlow left this morning for Sydney, where he will join his son, the Rev. 'Father S. Marlow, during a month’s stay in Australia. At last night’s meeting of the Otago Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association a motion of sympathy was passed with the relatives of the late Air D. Duncan, who had taken a prominent part in the field of sport, and who had been the handicapper to the old Dunedin Amateur Athletic Club. Mr T. J.
