(Received Juno 15, at 10.5 a.m.) At Hammond (Indiana) President' Coolidge dedicated tho Wicker war memorial, which is a recreation centre in tho heart of tho industrial section of the .town. He declared that America’s present needs were increased educational advantages, crime suppression, old-fashioned religious devotion, more w’ork for unskilled labor, and patriotism at the ballot box. Mr Coolidge emphasised these points by tracing the development of the United States during tho past few decades, and dwelt on its prosperity and its achievements. At the conclusion of his speech President Coolidge and his wife resumed their journey to Blackhills', in South Dakota, for their vacation.
