PRAGUE, June 13. Mystery still surround Spaeek’s Channel swim. He stated emphatically to-day that he had certainly established a record despite the attempt to discredit him. He repents his declaration that the Mayor of Dover was present when he landed, and is preparing an affidavit to that effect; but he says if his story is not accepted he will repeat his skiffl &est week.
