♦- DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. There were no sales this > morning. Dalgety and Co,, quoted ex rights, cum dividend, were asked for at £l3 10s, but were not for sale under £l4 2s 6d. There was a wide margin in the rights of these, the buyer being nulling to give 54s only and the seller wanting 60s before quitting. E.S. and A. Banks could not do any business with a 3s 6d margin. Kawaraus shoved a difference of 2d between the quotes. New Zealand Paper Mills were cum dividend, and were offered at 17s 9d, while the buyers were prepared to give 9d below this amount. A buyer did not come forward in Big Beaches in answer to the selling quote of Is 6d discount. Upper Nevis’ were again on the market with a seller at par.
