LONDON, May 5. Mr 6. Locker-Lampson (TJnder-Sec-retary for Foreign in reply to a question, said the Soviet Government had made no offer, as M. Rykov had stated, in the direction of negotiators to remove the present strained relations between Britain and Russia. Until the Soviet really showed that_ it was prepared to stop its anti-British propaganda it would be useless to try to enter into negotiations.—A.P.A. and igun’ Cable.
