SPAHLINGER TREATMENT
CHALLENGE NOT ACCEPTED,
Proas Association—By Telegraph—Copyright,
LONDON, May 5. The ‘Daily Express’ states:— “M. Spahlinger has had a week to consider our £IO,OOO offer, and with the exception of an evasive and irrelevant quibble he has carefully refrained from the slightest move, and refused to meet authorised representatives. There is only one conclusion that ordinary, common-sense people can draw —namely, that M. Spahlinger has no case. Wo have no hesitation in advising the public to discount the Spahlinger Institute, by donations, funds, or otherwise.”
Sir T. Border (Physician In Ordinary to the Prince of Wales) states:— “There is nothing else to do in view of M. Spnhlu'ger’s refusal. I cannot imagine why he should refuse. It would have ended definitely a very unsatisfactory state of suspicion in some minds.”
