IDLE AND DISORDERLY

TWO MOUTHS’ IMPRISONMENT [Pen United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, March 31. A sentence of two months’ imprisonment was imposed by Mr E. Page, S.M., to-day on Malcolm Charles M‘Donald, a jockey, aged thirtythree years, on a charge of being an idle and disorderly person with no lawful means of support. The police case was that accused_ had been associating with a professional Australian pickpocket named O’Brien, who was sentenced yesterday to three months imprisonment on a similar charge.
