PRINCESS THEATRE

The Midnight 'Frolics nro proving more popular each night as they appear at the Princess Theatre. Last night the audience was captivated by the work of Clem Dawe, the company’s versatile comedian. The entertainment • provided is of tho brightest nature, and every item is of a high order. Outstanding performances are given by the Frolics’ Jazz Band, in its rendering of the ‘William Tell’ overture; Gregory Ivanoft, the violinist; and Phyllis Amery, with her twinkling feet, in ‘Roll ’Em, Girls.’ Alex. Regan, Erie Edgely, Los White, Dorothy White, and Nell M'Gnire are well to tho fore in many of tho sketches and vocal items. Next week’s show will feature Clem Dawe as the doctor in ‘ Black and White Cargo,’ a burlesque on tho famous play.
