ALLEGATIONS OF SPEEDING
MOTOR SERVICE OWNERS CONFER [Pin United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, March 81. A conference of motor service owners to-day discussed the fast speed allegations, and decided that, having examined the time-tables, they were reasonable from the point of view of public safety, and that the only difficulty was on the Parnassus-Kaikoura section, where two hours was a reasonable time for the trip, which service companies agreed to observe strictly.
