Gladstone) wore:—Biirths 174, deaths 66, and marriages 63. The figures for March of last year were• Birth 150, deaths 86, marriages 78. The figures for the Januaxy-Febru-ary-Marcn quarter of this year were as follows, those fdr the corresponding quarter of last year being given in parentheses:—Births 416 (410), death* 200 (233), marriages 177 (205).
