(Received March 31, at 12.10 p.m.) Herman Herse, the German middleweight champion, knocked out Frank Burns in the fourth round. (Received March 31, at 1.15 p.m.) The Albert Hall was crowded, the audience including the Prince of Wales, for the Herse v. Burns fight, which proved a hard-hitting affair with little science. Burns was thoroughly game. After being put down twice in the second round no was finally despatched in the fourth by a body punch. Dick Smith, an old cruiser-weight champion, refereed in the fight between Harry Collins and Molina. The Frenchman used his left vigorously in the first round, and had Collins at his mercy in the second.
