THE YELLOW BUSSES CASE [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, March 31, The appeal of the Takapuna Tram and Ferry Company against the granting of a license to the yellow buses was continued this morning. Mr Justice Frazer said the board wished to know if Smith’s service would bo able to handle the increased traffic if the tramways were shut down; also some indication what the fares were likely to be. It would not be necessary to go much further. Counsel for Smith said he would provide a witness who would supply the necessary information.
