LONDON, March 23. (Received March 29, at 12.55 p.m.) Mr Havelock Wilson is launching an Industrial Peace Union of the British Empire, the chief aim of which is to secure five years’ industrial peace throughout the Empire. Mr' Wilson proposes to inaugurate on Empire Day sixteen displays in tho industrial centres throughout Britain to which Australia and New Zealand will bo invite! to contribute samples of their products.
