LONDON, March 28* (Received March 29, at 12.55 p.m.) Addressing the ministers of the Fro® Churches at the City Temple, the Bishop of Norwich deprecated the elaboration of the Prayer Book, because it was essential to simplify Christianity’s appeal He did not believe that the revised P ayer Book would procure peace He added that Nonconformity possessed the full right of considering whether the Prayer Book introduced changes or emphasised doctrinal matter affecting the nation’s godliness; therefore he invited the leaders of Christian opinion to judge whether rt was a wise move for increasing the devotion of Englishmen.
