* TWO MEN ARRESTED BOTH SERIOUSLY INJURED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PERTH, December 29. (Received December 29, at 11.45 a.m.) Two men were arrested and placed in hospital after a duel wiht axes. They were found seriously injured, lying in a pool of blood.
