(Received December 28, at 11.35 a.m.) Signor Mussolini has approved of the erection of state theatre.s in Rome, Milan, and Turin. Plays will rotate among these three towns, the artists travelling at the state’s expense. Italian, European, and American productions will be presented.—Sydney ‘Bun’ Cable.
