*> OBLIGATIONS NOT FULFILLED GOVERNMENT INDIGNANT. Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, October 21. The Government is indignant at tho report that tho Ambassadors’ Conference decided that Germany has not fulfilled her disarmament obligations, and therefore it is not yet time for tho League of Nations to take control instead of the Interallied Mission. The newspapers declare that the allegation is outrageous. Tho ‘Taglicho Rnndsehan,’ under tho caption ‘Fussiness, Pin Pricks, and Bagatelles,’ says that it has official authority for denying the Ambassadors’ allegations.
