TAUGHT TO HATE BRITAIN BISHOP OF LONDON’S ALLEGATION. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, October 22. The Bishop of London (Dr Ingram), addressing the Pilgrims’ Society, told them that American school children were taught to hate England, and that was one of the causes of mischief-mak-ing between Britain and the United States. He declared: “The teaching of-hate for England in the schools is a matter which might well occupy the attention of an important group of men such as you arc.”
