CHRISTIAN SCIENCE LECTURE

A question which occupies tho thought of a great many people is: “ Arc the teachings of the Bible of practical application in everyday living, and should not the practice of them give greater immunity from disease and jvil?” Christian Science teaches that Hie Bible is a scientific textbook, and that the truth contained therein is just is applicable to-day as it was 1,900 pears ago. An invitation is given to the people of Dunedin to attend a lecture on Christian Science, and hear what it has to say. The lecturer is Mr John Randall Dunn, G. 5.8., of Boston, Mass., United States, who is a member of the Board of Lectureship of The Mother Church, The First Church ol Christ, Scientist, in Boston (Mass.), and fully authorised to lecture on this subject. The lecture is in the Art Gallery Hall in-morrow evening, at 8 o’clock.
