KAIKORAI BAND

TWO PERFORMANCES TOMORROW. To-morrow afternoon the Knikorai Band will occupy the rotunda at the Botanic Gardens, when a well-selected programme will be rendered. At His Majesty’s Theatre the band will hold the third of its popular Sunday evening concerts, when a choice list of items will be submitted. The band will play the overture ‘Poet and Peasant,’ the selection ‘ Un Ballo in Maschora,’ besides tho hymns ‘Abide With Mo’ and ‘ Lead, Kindly Light,’ and a well-known march. On tho vocal side the contributors will bo Madam Nowcombe Hall and Mr Bert Rawliuson; while Mr T. Low will supply a flute solo and Mr E, Andrews a zylophone solo. A silver coin collection will bo taken up at each performance.
