Edward Russell Watts, who is on remind on a. charge of stealing a £14,OC- 1 pearl necklace from a Regent street jeweller, was further charged today with the theft of a £1,050 pearl necklace, and a £165 diamond brooch, and with fraudulently using a diamond pendant belonging to a Mrs Kensington.
