LONDON, June 29. In the House of Commons Mr Baldwin stated that the Imperial College of Defence would train a 'body of officers and civilian officials in Imperial strategy. Vacancies would be reserved for students from the dominions and India. The college would probably be in London.—A. and N.Z, Cable.
