Tn view of the economic situation, the Cabinet has adopted a Bill prohibiting tlio erection during twelve months of buildings, except domcstic_ and economic dwellings, and prohibitinig the opening of new bars, cafes, confectionery shops, dancing halls, and similar premises until further notice. The Bill also limits the number of pages of tlio daily papers to six, and these must not he enlarged. No petrol will be available after November 1 without an admixture of alcohol. Employers will bo authorised to increase the working day immediately.—-Reuter.
