A. and L. Graham, Ltd., on a judgment summons, proceeded against A. M Donald, eln Vung payment for work done. An order was made that unloss the amount duo (£lO 2s 9d), with costs (21s), bo paid forthwith defendant be imprisoned for eleven days. T. Scnrr proceeded similarly against John O’Meara (Wakari). An order was made that unless defendant paid forthwith tho amount due (£5 17s 6(1), with costs (14s), he he imprisoned for nix days.
