Davies (Tuatapere), £l3 2s Cd, goods supplied; Wimpenny Bros. and. Reid, Ltd. v. C. Caple (Lake Hawea), £9 13s 9d, work done; Jas. J. Niven and Co., Ltd. v. Henderson and Brown, Ltd. (Invercargill), £1 ss, costs only; Violet Morton v. Alexander M’Culloch, £2 19s sd, goods supplied; M. M’Lachlan v. A. M’Culloch, £5 7s 6d, rent due and gas used. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.

An order was made that unloss the amount duo (£lO 2s 9d), with costs (21s), bo paid forthwith defendant be imprisoned for eleven days. T. Scnrr proceeded similarly against John O’Meara (Wakari). An order was made that unless defendant paid forthwith tho amount due (£5 17s 6(1), with costs (14s), he he imprisoned for nix days.
