REUNION Of EX-PUPILS A meeting of tho General Committee set up to make arrangements for the reunion of ex-pupils was held last night, Air R. H. Todd presiding. The Programme Committee recommended that tho functions start on Saturday, October 23, with a roll-call in tho school grounds, when short addresses suitable to tho occasion will be delivered; that a church parade be held on Sunday, October 24; that a picnic he held at Forbury Park, followed by a social in the Early Settlers’ Hall on Alonday, October 25. In addition, there is to ho a smoko concert for the men in the gymnasium and a social gathering of the women ex-pupils and teachers in another hall. The locating of the old scholars of the school is a difficult matter, but the committee was able to report satisfactory progress, largely owing to the interest taken by scholars in the different centres and districts.

Tho present-day pupils were not overlooked, and for their enjoyment a sports meeting, to be held in the grounds of tho new school, is being organised. It was resolved that the of the funds bo devoted to tho creation of a war memorial to thjiso scholars who fell in the Great War. . At tho meeting many old and interesting photographs were exhibited. It was resolved to hold meetings of the General Committee on. the last Tuesday of each month.
