A STRAYING HORSE.

TO THE EDITOR. gi rj An intolerable state _of affairs has existed for some time in connection with a straying horse on the Lower Valley road, Caversham. This horse is not only a very serious menace to motorists at night, but is also a positive nuisance to the neighborhood both day and night. This particular animal tramps into gardens, damages gates., and is generally a public nuisance and danger. The attention of public rangers has been drawn without any adequate redress j and residents now appeal to you, sir, in a protest to give publicity to the matter.—l am, etc., Heshjenx. Juno 30.
